Prototypes are a matter of trust

We attach particular importance to the security and confidentiality of the data and information you provide. All employees are instructed and sign a confidentiality agreement.

We are aware of our responsibility towards our customers and always treat your enquiries confidentially. Your data is stored in our internal data network, which is separate from the Internet. This means that access from outside (Internet) is not possible. We offer you the following options for secure data transmission:

• Use of our enquiry form with data upload
• Data transfer by e-mail (encrypted 7-Zip, Zip or Rar archive, please send password separately)
• FTP data transfer via an FTP server provided by us
• Data transfer by post (e.g. CD and DVD, ideally encrypted)

Furthermore, we offer you the conclusion of a confidentiality agreement.
